The Administration and Personnel Wings of S&GAD manage the establishment matters for BCS/BSS Officers (BS-17), Private Secretaries, Superintendents, Personal Assistants, Assistants, Computer operators, Stenographers, Senior Clerks, Junior Clerks, and Naib Qasids.
Recruitment for BSS/BCS Officers, Assistants and Computer operators is conducted exclusively through the BPSC, which handles all quotas. The BPSC is responsible for conducting tests and interviews, then recommending suitable candidates for these positions. For Junior Clerks ,Naib Qasids, Drivers and Mali’s recruitment is carried out by a Departmental Selection Committee in accordance with relevant rules and policies.
Driver recruitment is managed by the Procurement & Transport (P&T) Wing of S&GAD. Meanwhile, recruitment for Class-IV employees, such as Chowkidars, Maalis, Frash, and Security Guards, is overseen by the Welfare Wing of S&GAD through Departmental Promotion Committees (DPCs) as per established rules and policies.
