The Admin Wing of S&GAD is tasked with the maintenance and upkeep of the Balochistan Civil Secretariat, covering aspects such as security, cleanliness, office allocations, and the management of the Day Care Centre. It also handles the staffing and management of Class-IV employees at the Civil Secretariat, as well as the household staff for the Chief Minister’s Office. In addition, the wing manages the allocation of official residences and rental issues for GORs and Colonies, providing services to officers and staff of the Civil Secretariat, Balochistan High Court, and Balochistan Assembly.
Moreover, the Welfare Wing oversees the VIP Flight Wing of the Balochistan Government and handles audit-related matters for S&GAD.
